The sprint starts from the scoping call. We baseline the fully-loaded cost of the target workflow and map its first-year value. The sprint fee — from £24,000 / $32,000 — is always capped at 25% of that mapped value. If we cannot map at least 4× the fee in first-year value, we tell you not to buy.

The stack we ship covers every layer: scoping and baseline value model, agent build in your systems, full integration with no migration required, a team enablement session, 30 days of post-go-live optimisation, a governance pack, and the measurement dashboard we both use to track the payback metric.

Payback guarantee: if the agent hasn't covered its fee in measured value within 90 days of go-live, we keep working at no additional charge until it has. That is not a marketing line — it is written into the engagement letter.
