The free AI Profit Roadmap is a 45-minute discovery call with both founders followed by a written deliverable shipped within seven days. You keep it whether or not you ever work with us further.

The discovery call is mostly us listening. We walk your operating model end to end, the processes that eat your week, the systems that fight you, the decisions that wait on someone stitching the picture together by hand. By the end we have a current-state read sharp enough to act on, and we have agreed the scope of the roadmap.

The deliverable has seven parts: a 45-minute discovery summary, an operating-model current-state read, three named quick wins your team can act on without us inside two weeks, the costed AI Profit Roadmap (priority-ranked opportunities with payback estimates), an honest no-go list (the workflows AI is not yet the answer for), an architecture fit note for your current stack, and an AI governance starter (an acceptable-use policy template in plain English).

The roadmap is built so a decision can come out of it. Each opportunity carries an indicative cost, an annual value estimate and a payback window. Each no-go item carries a reason and a revisit date. Nothing is sold inside the document. If the next step is a paid engagement, you ask for it.

The deliverable maps directly onto what we would normally charge for: roughly $5,000 USD (approx. £3,900 GBP) of work, free, because it is also our qualifier. If a paid engagement is wrong for both sides, the roadmap is still useful on its own.
