AI-Ready Systems Design is the architecture work that comes between the operating-model fix and the build. The cheapest, fastest and most maintainable solution is almost always the one that uses your platforms (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, ATS) the way they were built to be used, not the one that bolts a custom layer on top. We earn the right to customise by proving the native path will not work.
