By the end of the day you will have mapped the fully-loaded cost and first-year value of one target workflow, built a working prototype live in the room — not a demo we prepared in advance, something your team built on the day — and you will leave with a costed backlog of the next three AI opportunities ranked by payback and a concrete 30-day plan your team can start on Monday.

The guarantee is literal: walk out with a working prototype or pay nothing. Not a polished demo — something your team built, that runs, that you can show internally the following week.

Price: £4,950 / $6,600. If you book an AI Deployment Sprint within 30 days of the Working Session, the full fee is credited against the sprint cost. The Working Session is not a loss leader — it is a useful day of work in its own right. The credit means there is no penalty for going further.

Everything mapped during the day feeds straight into the sprint's value baseline — the workflow cost, the first-year value, the priority stack. If you go on to book a sprint, the scoping is already done and no ground needs to be re-covered.
